Chris and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in September with a trip sans enfants to Burgundy wine country. We had been there before but this time we went during the harvest. We also shipped some wine back the the US to be enjoyed at future occasions. I really love this place. There are smells and tastes that will probably for the rest of my life take me back to Burgundy. I will say I met my match in French cuisine. Everything tasted wonderful but it is so rich. One night I seriously sat down to dinner, looked at a menu, and could not do it, I just couldn't. You win some, you lose some.
