First turkey

Last year we spent Thanksgiving here but were invited to two different Thanksgiving dinners with other ex-pat families so I didn't feel we needed to celebrate a third time at home. This year I decided to make my first Thanksgiving turkey. I was nervous. There were challenges along the way. I had to order my turkey in kilos and French so I wasn't exactly sure what it would be. I also had to roast it in my mini-Swiss oven with a limited number of pans. In the end, it fit inside a cake pan and roasted beautifully. I also took the opportunity to prepare my Grandpa Keefe's stuffing recipe which was amazing. When I have the chance I will take the time to type it up and share. It is funny and tasty:)
