James is growing growing growing and going going going. He is almost 15 months now. He can run and climb and say a few words. Unlike his older brother he has no fear, zero. The other day he climbed up on to the door of the dishwasher. Today he got up onto Miles' toddler bed. Both times I was standing nearby. Especially fortunate today as he then proceeded to walk right off the bed. Thankfully he hasn't hurt himself. Going forward he will just have to be penned up when I can't watch him. At least he doesn't mind it. One of his favorite things to do right now is go through a stack of books and look for pictures of kitties and balls. This can easily be done in a crib or playpen and we have a ton of books. Some of his words include ma-ma, da-da, ball, kitty, tickle, bus (sounds like ball but can be distinguished based on object he is pointing at), and pup-pup. He also says things that sound (at least to us) like where's the ball, there's the ball, there's a bus.
Isn't it funny how much different things like naps are with the second one? :)
